10DLC Policy
  • Only with your prior approval (Opt-In), Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone may use Text to a Mobile Telephone Number (10DLC/A2P) messaging to communicate with you about your Emerald Voice Services LLC service.
  • Messaging rates according to your carrier’s plan will apply and the frequency of messages may vary based on need.
  • Mobile Carriers or Emerald Voice Service LLC are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Text (10DLC/A2P) messaging information or content will not be shared with any third-party(s).
  • A Mobile Telephone Number (customer) must OPT-IN and consent to receive Text Messages prior to receiving any Text Message(s) from Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone.
  • Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone will not initiate Text Message(s) to a Mobile Telephone Number that has not previously consented to receive Text Messages from Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone.
  • A Mobile Telephone Number (customer) may OPT-OUT to receive text message(s) from Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone or any 10DLC (non-mobile telephone number) at any time by replying to the sending Telephone (10DLC) Number with STOP. This will end future messaging from Emerald Voice Services LLC/EVSPhone. However, you may receive an additional text(s) to confirm that your (telephone number) has been Opted Out.
  • You may Opt-Out of future Text(s) (10DLC/A2P) message(s) by replying with STOP to the sending telephone (10DLC) number(s).
