- A Mobile Telephone Number(s) may OPT-OUT of receiving text message(s) from Emerald Voice Services LLC or any 10DLC/A2P (non-mobile telephone number(s) by replying to the sending Telephone (10DLC/A2P) Number(s) with "STOP". This will end future Text (10DLC/A2P) messaging from the particular telephone number that the "STOP" (OPT-OUT) message was sent to. After Opting-Out you will receive a final text to confirm that your mobile number has been Opted-Out of receiving texts from Emerald Voice Services LLC and that future texts will not be sent to your mobile number.
- Other Number(s) that were previously messaged with (Opted-In), or otherwise Opted-In to, or have not yet been (Opted-Out) of may continue to send text messages. To Opt-Out of receiving text messages from these number(s) reply with "STOP" to the sending number(s).
