Maintenance of Optional Secure Connection to Emerald Voice Services LLC
To monitor the performance of customers’ systems, provide customers with technical support and provide product enhancements and upgrades, Emerald Voice Services LLC, by default, maintains top level access to its customers network and systems. Throughout the term of this agreement, Emerald Voice Services LLC may implement numerous security techniques to ensure the safety of customer data and system access and to minimize the risk of network intrusion.
Web Properties
Emerald Voice Services LLC may collect information from visitors to the EVSPhone.net website. Emerald Voice Services LLC may collect the Internet addresses of Emerald Voice Services LLC site visitors. Emerald Voice Services LLC may use the information that it obtains from the Emerald Voice Services LLC website to both improve its services and help troubleshoot possible Emerald Voice Services LLC website issue(s). Emerald Voice Services LLC may also analyze non-identifying statistics that it collects from website visitor usage information and provide such usage data to properly vetted and qualified third parties.

Responsibilities
Emerald Voice Services LLC is responsible for ensuring security of and access to all information customer(s) entrust to us. Emerald Voice Services LLC expects that customer(s) will do the same. This includes maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all customers’ information stored on the Emerald Voice Services LLC system to include usernames and passwords.
Customer(s) is obligated to maintain current contact information and to provide Emerald Voice Services LLC with immediate notice whenever previously provided contact information must be changed, added or withdrawn. Once Emerald Voice Services LLC has been notified of a person(s) or party(s) who were previously granted access authority by the customer(s), Emerald Voice Services LLC will take immediate steps to make such change(s), addition(s) or withdrawal(s) so that system access is denied. Absent such action(s) by the customer, Emerald Voice Services LLC will not be held responsible for access to customer data by unauthorized individuals.
Customer is obligated to, no less frequent than annually, verify all the contact information previously provided to Emerald Voice Services LLC for person(s) or party(s) who the Customer designates to have access to the Emerald Voice Services LLC system. Only those individuals identified by customer(s) with such access will be permitted to access configurations or security settings on the Emerald Voice Services LLC system.
